At Triple X.O.G., we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and conditions for delivery across Canada, in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages.
Shipping Areas
- Domestic Shipping (Canada): We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are subject to provincial liquor regulations and may be restricted in certain provinces or territories.
- Restricted Areas: We cannot ship to PO boxes, remote territories, or provinces that prohibit direct shipment of alcoholic beverages.
Age Verification
As required by Canadian liquor laws, all deliveries containing alcohol must be received and signed for by an adult 19 years of age or older. Delivery personnel may request valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended.
Shipping Times & Processing
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Delivery Times:
- Local (British Columbia): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- National (Other Provinces): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delays: Delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions. Triple X.O.G. is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Flat-rate or calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Free Shipping: Offered on qualifying orders (e.g., above a specific purchase amount or during promotional periods).
- Event/Wholesale Orders: Custom shipping rates or local delivery may apply for large or bulk orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us immediately at sales@triplexog.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) or use our contact form.
- Our team will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if verified, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unverified age, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
