At Triple X.O.G., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in crafting premium beverages that meet the highest quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help within the framework of British Columbia’s consumer protection laws.

Eligibility For Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (alcoholic beverage), returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligible Returns:
    • Damaged or defective products upon delivery.
    • Incorrect items shipped (wrong product, size, or packaging).
    • Quality issues verified by our quality assurance team.
  • Non-Eligible Returns:
    • Opened or partially consumed beverages.
    • Change of mind or taste preference.
    • Items purchased through third-party retailers or liquor stores (please contact the retailer directly).

Timeframe For Return Requests

You must submit a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required by law.

Proof of Purchase & Condition

To process your claim, please provide:

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or transaction ID).
  • Photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, defect, incorrect shipment).
  • The product in its original, sealed packaging (for returnable items).

Refund or Replacement Process

Once your return request is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Alternatively, a replacement product or store credit may be offered.
  • Triple X.O.G. reserves the right to request that defective or incorrect items be returned prior to refund issuance.

Shipping Cost

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Shipping and handling costs will be covered by Triple X.O.G.
  • Non-defective items: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise mandated by BC law.

Retail & Event Purchases

Products purchased through retail partners, event booths, or third-party platforms are subject to the return and refund policy of that specific retailer.
Triple X.O.G. cannot process refunds for purchases made outside our official online store.

Exceptions & Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable provincial or federal laws, including the right to receive goods that are:

  • Of merchantable quality,
  • Fit for their intended purpose, and
  • As described at the time of purchase.

If a product is proven defective or misrepresented, you may be entitled to remedies under BC consumer protection laws, even beyond the stated return period.
